Elise Freeman

Elise Freeman is the Chief Operating Officer at Parallaxx, bringing extensive experience and impressive qualifications in Temporary Traffic Management (TTM).

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Law, along with multiple Level 5 certifications in adult teaching and contract management. As a certified TTM trainer and assessor, Elise manages special projects beyond day-to-day operations and leads a diverse department that provides a wide range of services to the industry. She also offers expert TTM advice to ensure safety and innovation across all projects.

Suzanne Griffiths

Neil Oliver

Neil is a Senior Consultant here at Parallaxx. Neil has been involvement in the industry in varying capacities from coordination of works, TMP designing to being traffic manager on some of Auckland’s biggest projects. Neil has a Diploma in Civil Engineering and is a Level 2/3 STMS NP, qualified Temporary Barrier Designer and Installer and a qualified NZTA Advanced Planner. He enjoys the challenge of tendering jobs and being part of big projects.

Ashlee-Rose Morgan

Ashlee-Rose (Ash) is the Finance Manager here at Parallaxx.

Ash is one of the original members of the Parallaxx team, and her diploma in Business Management (Financial Administration) and certification as a Xero advisor demonstrate her high level of proficiency.

Bea Dahino Lagman

Bea Dahino Lagman is the Planning and Projects Manager at Parallaxx. With extensive experience managing offshore teams and HR, she now leads strategic planning and oversees key projects that drive the company’s growth while ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

Paul John Garcia

Paul John (Drake) is the HR Coordinator here at Parallax. He possess a deep and hands-on understanding of Human Resources, Workforce Management, Operations, and Support Management. Bridget Angell

Bridget works in the People Team and as part of the Safety Team. Her role involves records management, policy writing, research and project work.

Bridget has a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Studies (Archives and Records Management). She has 20+ years in information, research and teaching support roles, particularly in the area of biomedical science.

Kelvin Leyland

Kelvin is a Senior Consultant and Technical Lead for Tendering and Longterm here at Parallaxx. He looks after a few key clients, as well as working alongside clients in Longterm Projects and Tendering; As technical lead, he also provides support, direction and development of the wider Parallaxx consultancy team in these fields.

Prior to joining Parallaxx, Kelvin spent 9 years as a TMC for the Auckland Motorway Alliance (AMA). This role involved TTM advice and coordination across a number of Waka Kotahi (NZTA) Capital Works projects as well as general maintenance activities.

Darrin Humphries

Darrin is a specialist TTM Trainier and Senior Consultant here at Parallaxx. He’s also the Technical Lead in Risk Assessment. His substantial industry experience puts him in a unique position, giving him an in-depth working knowledge of both the practical and theoretical components of our industry. Darrin has been a teacher of CoPTTM theory for the past 14 years.

Darrin is currently utilising his knowledge and experience to help shape the future of Traffic Management within NZ as the National Design Advisor for the new NZTA training and competency model.

Cornelius (Cons) is a Traffic Management Consultant here at Parallaxx. Cons brings a wealth of experience to the role with experience prior to Parallaxx in roles such as TMP Manager and Head Designer.

Jolina Mendoza

Jolina is the Deputy Principal Consultant at Parallaxx, leading the Associate Consultants. She is an experienced TMP Designer with 6 years in the industry. She holds a TTMP Planner warrant, STMS CAT ABC – NP, CAT A Practising and Mentor qualifications. She is an integral part of the design and consultant team, helping to provide quality TMPs and advice to clients.

Jodeci Flesher

Jodeci is a Training Consultant at Parallaxx, specialising in Waka Kotahi and Connexis assessments (CAT A, B, C STMS & TMO) and mentoring. With seven years of experience in the TTM industry, Jodeci has worked as an STMS and alongside industry professionals.

Karl Trautvetter

Karl is the Principal Consultant at Parallaxx, leading the Consultant team. He entered TTM in 2016 and now holds STMS and TTM Planner qualifications. He started as a Consultant with Parallaxx in 2021. Prior to Parallaxx Karl worked as a Regional Events Manager at a TTM Company, looking after Event and Film Traffic Management for some of NZ’s largest Events, Venues and Film Production Companies.

Kathleen Baking

Rod is a Senior Stakeholder Coordinator at Parallaxx. Rhad is a Senior Stakeholder Coordinator at Parallaxx, responsible for coordinating the TMP process. He ensures adherence to NZGTTM standards, supports consultants in their stakeholder communications, and upholds a high standard of service quality for clients. Additionally, he fosters collaboration within the internal team.

Angela Marie Dela Cruz

Angela is a Stakeholder Coordinator at Parallaxx, responsible for TMP submissions, reviews, and coordination for TMP approval. She builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration. Additionally, she ensures that all TMP operations adhere to NZGTTM standards, ensuring compliance and safety in all projects.

Tin Dela Cruz

Tin is a Stakeholder Coordinator at Parallaxx. She supports Stakeholder Coordinators by ensuring smooth communication between consultants and stakeholders. This includes sending approved TMPs to clients and notifying them, as well as consultants, about declines, comments, and updates regarding the start and end of work.

Justin Bonus

Michael Lim

Michael is a Training Consultant here at Parallaxx, specialising in Waka Kotahi TTM Qualification Workshops and assessments (CAT A,B,C STMS & TMO), he conducts compliance audits on TTM worksites, and provides On-site Coaching and Mentoring with STMS and road workers on both State highway and local roads.
